Adding users who already have an account #
To add users to a group, please follow these steps:
- From the homepage, on the left-hand side of your screen, Click on the “Groups” icon.
- Click on the group you want to invite the new users to.
- On the left-hand side of your screen click on “Send invites”.
- On the list of members select the users you want to invite to the group. You may use the search bar option if you have many users, so you can find them more easily.
- Once you’ve selected the users, click on “Send invites”.
Adding users who don’t have an account #
To invite someone who is not yet a user of your dashboard, follow these steps:
- From the homepage, on the left-hand side of your screen, Click on the “Groups” icon.
- Click on the group you want to invite the new users to.
- On the left-hand side of your screen click on “Send invites”.
- In the center of your screen, click on “Send invitations by email”. This will redirect you to the page to invite new members.
- Enter the email address, inviting a maximum of 5 people at the time.
- If you wish, you can personalize the text of the invitation, or just leave it as it is.
- In section 4, select the group, or groups you wish to invite the new user or users to.
- Click on “Send invites”.
Observations:
- You need to be a group organizer in order to make changes to the group’s settings.
