To create a group in your company’s dashboard, follow these steps:
- From the homepage, on the left-hand side of your screen, Click on the “Groups” icon.
- Click on “Create a group”.
- Enter the name of your group, and the group description.
- In the privacy options select if this will be a public, private or hidden group.
- Select which members of the group are allowed to:
- Invite others to join the group.
- Post into the activity feed.
- Upload photos.
- Upload documents.
- Send group messages.
- Select a group parent if you want the new group to appear as a subgroup, which will only be seen once you’ve entered the parent group. This last step is optional.
- Select a profile photo for the group and a group banner.
